Visitation hours are organized by risk classifications. They are broken out as follow:
- ICE Level Medium High & High Detainees
- Saturday 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

- Saturday 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Weekday visits are available Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM and can be arranged through the warden.
The facility recommends you arrive at least 45 minutes ahead of your scheduled time so you can be processed appropriate through security. All visitors must be prepared to show a valid ID and visits are not to exceed 60 minutes unless prior approval from the warden.

Delivery bonds (i.e., immigration bonds) cannot be posted in-person directly at the Orange County Correctional Facility. Instead, family members or associates can post an immigration bond at any of the 82 ICE-ERO facilities around the country that accept immigration bonds. The closest facility to the Orange County Correctional Facility that accepts immigration bonds is located at 26 Federal Plaza, Room 9-110, New York, NY 10278. The number there is (212) 264-4280. Immigration bonds can be posted Monday-Friday (except holidays) at this facility from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Bonds cannot be posted directly at the Orange County Correctional Facility.
To post an immigration bond for someone detained at the Orange County Correctional Facility you must have a money order, cashier’s check or certified check. If the bond amount exceeds $10,000 and over, you can only pay by single cashier’s check or a certified check. All payments should be made to the “US Department of Homeland Security” or “Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”
If you do not want to post the bond in-person yourself, you can also have a licensed immigration bond agent post the bond for you. For a small fee, ranging from 2% – 10%, an agent can post the bond for you electronically, so that you do not have to travel to the ICE-ERO facility. This process is typically faster and easier than posting a bond yourself.

Not every ICE detention facility allows you to post an immigration bond in New York. If you would like to post an immigration bond it must be done at an ICE-ERO facility that accepts immigration bonds.
