Visiting hours for the El Paso County Correctional Center are every day from 8:00 AM- 1:45 PM and 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Additionally, there is a Video Visitation center that is open all year, including weekends and holidays. All visitors are required to call ahead and schedule their visits 2 days in advance. To schedule a visit call (719) 390-2373. When you call have the following information ready:

- All visitors’ names – only three visitors per visit (this includes children)
- Driver’s license information

Delivery bonds (i.e., immigration bonds) cannot be posted in-person directly at the El Paso County Correctional Center Instead, family members or associates can post an immigration bond at any of the 82 ICE-ERO facilities around the country that accept immigration bonds.
The closest facility to the El Paso County Correctional Center that accepts immigration bonds is located at Denver Contract and Detention Facility (GEO) located at 3130 N. Oakland Street, Aurora, CO 80010. Immigration bonds can be posted Monday-Friday (except holidays) at this facility from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Bonds cannot be posted directly at the El Paso County Correctional Center.
To post an immigration bond for someone detained at this center you must have a money order, cashier’s check or certified check. If the bond amount exceeds $10,000 and over, you can only pay by single cashier’s check or a certified check. All payments should be made to the “US Department of Homeland Security” or “Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”
