Visitation Hours:
Visitation hours at La Palma Correctional Center are Friday through Sunday from 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM. Visitors can also visit on Federal Holidays during the same time periods.
Visits cannot exceed 2 hours. All visitors should arrive at least 45 minutes ahead of visiting hours to be processed.
Attorney visitation hours are Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
You cannot call a detainee directly, but if you need to contact a detainee in an emergency, you can call 520.464.3200 ext 43266 and leave the detainees full name, A-number and your telephone number. Your message will be given to the detainee.

Delivery bonds (i.e., immigration bonds) cannot be posted in-person directly at the La Palma Correctional Center. Instead, family members or associates can post an immigration bond at any of the 82 ICE-ERO facilities around the country that accept immigration bonds. The closest facility to the La Palma Correctional Center that accepts immigration bonds is located at 1705 E. Hanna Road, Eloy Arizona 85131. Immigration bonds can be posted Monday-Friday (except holidays) at this facility from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Bonds cannot be posted directly at La Palma Correctional Center.
To post an immigration bond for someone detained at the La Palma Correctional Center you must have a money order, cashier’s check or certified check. If the bond amount exceeds $10,000 and over, you can only pay by single cashier’s check or a certified check. All payments should be made to the “US Department of Homeland Security” or “Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”
If you do not want to post the bond in-person yourself, you can also have a licensed immigration bond agent post the bond for you. For a small fee, ranging from 2% – 10%, an agent can post the bond for you electronically, so that you do not have to travel to the ICE-ERO facility. This process is typically faster and easier than posting a bond yourself.

Yes, there is free public parking is available. It is located in the front of the facility.
Can minors visit a detainee?
Yes, minors are allowed to visit the facility, but they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
If I am bonding someone out of the La Palma Correctional Center do I post the bond there or do I post the bond in another location?
While you can bail someone out of the La Palma Correctional Center, you cannot post the bond at that facility.
