Visitation hours at the Baker County Facility are organized by the last name of the detained immigrant.
A-M: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM, Sunday 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
N-Z: Monday through Friday 1:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM, 1:30 PM – 6:30 PM
The facility recommends you arrive at least 45 minutes ahead of your scheduled time so you can be processed appropriate through security. All visitors must show a valid ID and visits are not to exceed 60 minutes.
Attorneys are allowed to visit their clients from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily (including holidays). Attorneys are to call 904 259.3311 to schedule any visit outside that window. Clergy may visit detainees at any time, but visits must be scheduled beforehand with the Chaplain’s office at (904) 259-5893.

Delivery bonds (i.e., immigration bonds) cannot be posted in-person directly at the Baker County Facility. Instead, family members or associates can post an immigration bond at any of the 82 ICE-ERO facilities around the country that accept immigration bonds. The closest facility to the Baker County Facility that accepts immigration bonds is located at 13077 Veveras Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32258. Immigration bonds can be posted Monday-Friday (except holidays) at this facility from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Bonds cannot be posted directly at the Baker County Facility.
To post an immigration bond for someone detained at this facility you must have a money order, cashier’s check or certified check. If the bond amount exceeds $10,000 and over, you can only pay by single cashier’s check or a certified check. All payments should be made to the “US Department of Homeland Security” or “Immigration and Customs Enforcement.”
If you do not want to post the bond in-person yourself, you can also have a licensed immigration bond agent post the bond for you. For a small fee, ranging from 2% – 10%, an agent can post the bond for you electronically, so that you do not have to travel to the ICE-ERO facility. This process is typically faster and easier than posting a bond yourself.
Does the facility have public parking?

Not every ICE detention facility allows you to post an immigration bond in Florida. If you would like to post an immigration bond it must be done at an ICE-ERO facility that accepts immigration bonds.
